Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping isn’t available just yet.

Canada, we’d love to be neighbors in your bathroom cabinet, too. Stay tuned.

Packed With Care

Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Sometimes we get them out the same day—a small victory worth celebrating, much like finding matching socks.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Is on Us

Standard shipping is free. No shipping charge sneaking into the family budget.

The Journey to Your Door

Standard shipping generally takes 2–6 business days after your order ships, depending on your location.

We ship from North Dakota. Nearby Midwest destinations may receive packages sooner, while deliveries to either coast may take longer. Your essentials have a little more road to cover.

Please allow up to 1 additional business day for processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays can occasionally interrupt even the best plans. Families know a thing or two about that.

A Little Extra Protection With Route

Optional Route package protection is available for an additional charge at checkout.

If you purchase protection, coverage, exclusions, and claims are subject to Route’s applicable terms.
