Refund policy

We have a no questions asked 14-day return policy from time of delivery. And yes, the return shipping is free.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@bappies.eco with your order number or proof of purchase. If this is lost, we will do our best to help you.
A pre-paid label will be sent to you. Once the product is received, a full refund will be given.

Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. A replacement will be sent out immediately along with a pre-paid return label.

Exchanges
If an order was placed and a different item was needed before shipment, please contact us at returns@bappies.eco to start an exchange. If the order has already shipped, contact us to receive a return label. For a faster exchange, please place a new order while the return is being processed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received the return and a refund will be sent the same day. Please remember banks and credit card companies take time to post refunds into your account.
